Yoga is a great workout and your Lark coach wants to know all about your downward dogs and lotus’ Throughout Mission 3, you’ll learn how to best track exercises like yoga and weight lifting to ensure you get credit for your activity.

You’ll also learn how to think about the activity you’re able to accomplish. This mission will guide you through many different types of exercises, low and high intensity, and teach you how to have a positive mindset about each.
