All Lark programs include Lark’s digital coach and health app, unlimited coaching, personalized health tips, sleep and stress monitoring, and educational resources.
Some programs may also include a smart scale and the opportunity to earn a Fitbit®.
How do I know which program is right for me?
Each program has a different focus such as losing weight, preventing diabetes, or improving overall wellness. Your Lark program should align with your health goals, as well as if you meet the qualification factors. You will have to answer a few questions about your age, weight, and other biological factors to see if you meet the clinical criteria for the Diabetes Prevention Program and the Weight Management Program.
