A mission is a part of the Lark coaching experience that provides educational content, tips, and challenges that help you work towards your primary goal. Examples of primary goals include:

How do missions work?
Missions provide content in the form of "daily check-ins." You will receive a check-in once a day about a health topic. You complete a mission by successfully completing all seven of the associated check-ins.
Completing missions is fundamental to hitting your health goals. They allow you to stay accountable, learn about your health, adjust your habits, and slowly work towards a healthier lifestyle.
Challenge yourself to log in every day. We understand that life happens, so don’t stress if you miss a check-in. You can pick up where you left off the next time you log in.
