HOW TO: Pressing "Download" will open a Google Drive preview of the HTML code. Download this file. Open the downloaded.html file on your computer, and you should see a preview of the rendered email in another window. Copy the entire window (you can select the window and copy using Command +”A” and Command + “C” on a Mac). You can then paste the full email in your email composer. Once the HTML is added to an email window, you will be able to edit all text freely. Make sure to update any placeholders with your company name or the name of your Wellness Event.
Not working? You may need to look up instructions for embedding HTML code in emails for your specific email provider if it is not displaying correctly.
We would recommend sending yourself or a colleague a test email to make sure the email is rendering properly.

Intranet Banners
HOW TO: Pressing "Copy Code" will open a preview of the banner you choose in another window, as well as copy the HTML code to your clipboard. Paste this code block from your clipboard into your Intranet interface using the simple "Paste" command. Since many Intranet systems are different, if you are new to using embedded code, or are having issues, you may need to contact technical support from your Intranet provider to ensure that you are embedding the HTML segment correctly in their interface.
You also have the option below to download a simple PNG of the banner you prefer. Once you upload this PNG into your Intranet system, you will need to set the click destination manually through your Intranet tool. Make sure to set the banner click destination to https://lark.com/begin.
