This grapefruit lime mocktail is a light, crisp, citrusy drink that combines tangy flavors of grapefruit and subtle sweetness of lime. Refreshing on warm days, and a healthier alternative to sugary drinks and cocktails, this mocktail is low in calories and no added sugar. A bit of honey or agave to balance the tartness. Sparkling water adds a bubbly finish that makes this drink so satisfying.

Suitable day or night, the Grapefruit Lime Mocktail is a delicious, low-calorie drink option, full of vitamin C and refreshing flavor.

Variations and Serving Suggestions

  • Add a few slices of cucumber to create a soothing, spa-like twist.
  • For a spicy kick, add 1-2 slices of fresh jalapeño.
  • For a refreshing twist, add a few fresh mint leaves.
  • Make this mocktail more vibrant with a lime wheel or a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass.
  • Add sweetness without added sugars by squeezing some fresh orange juice or adding a few chunks of fresh pineapple.
  • Serve at brunch, as a refreshing afternoon treat, or as a festive mocktail at evening soirees.
  • Serve on its own or with a light meal or snack like shrimp cocktail, caprese salad with mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes, or cucumber rounds with hummus.
