Guidelines
Fill in the schedule above to meet your needs.
In the left column, write in the times that are appropriate for you.
- Write your typical wake time.
- Add your typical dinner time in the row below your wake time.
- Write in your target bedtime in the bottom row.
- Below your dinner time, write the time you want to start your bedtime routine. It may be 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
In the right column, write in the activities you want to include in your bedtime routine. Also write in how long you want to do them for.
Here are some sample activities to include in your bedtime routine. Fill in the left column with the time you should start each activity.
- Brushing teeth, brushing hair, taking a bath, changing into nightclothes
- Aromatherapy, meditation, yoga, stretching
- Making grocery lists or to-do lists
- Packing lunch, bags, backpacks for tomorrow
- Arranging your workout clothes and shoes for tomorrow
- Tidying the kitchen and home
- Reading, crafting, sewing
